Four ways to pay
The right plan depends on how much you want to put down at contract and whether you intend to use a Turkish mortgage. Our sales team will model each option against the specific unit you choose.
0% interest launch plan
During the launch period, the developer instalment plan carries no interest. You pay a down payment at contract, then fixed monthly instalments up to the agreed term.
Instalments up to 30 months
Terms are set per unit and per down payment. A higher down payment shortens the term and increases the discount available on the list price.
Turkish bank mortgage
Turkish banks lend against completed property, including to foreign nationals. Loan-to-value and terms depend on the bank, your income documentation and residency status.
Cash purchase discount
Paying in full at contract attracts the largest discount off the list price. Payment is made in Turkish lira through the bank account named in the sales contract.
The purchase process, step by step
Reserve the unit
A reservation agreement holds your chosen unit and freezes its price for an agreed period while the paperwork is prepared.
Get your tax number and bank account
Foreign buyers need a Turkish tax number (vergi numarası) and a Turkish bank account. Both can be arranged in a single day with your passport.
Sign the sales contract
The contract sets out the unit, the price, the payment schedule and the delivery date. It is signed in Turkish; a sworn translator attends if you do not speak Turkish.
Pay the down payment
The down payment is transferred to the account named in the contract. Keep the bank receipts — you will need them for the title deed and any citizenship application.
Title deed transfer
At the Land Registry (Tapu) office the deed is transferred into your name after the valuation report and the payment conditions in the contract are met.
